HOW DOES THIS WORK?
Use our website to choose your picnic package. Fill out our request form and we will respond in a timely manner to verify we can accommodate your requests. Once we have booked your picnic, we will request payment. On the day of your event, we arrive early and setup everything you need for a lovely picnic experience. All you need to bring is the food. We return to pack up our picnic items and leave you with your sweet memories of the picnic.
HOW LONG DOES THE PICNIC LAST?
The picnic experience lasts 2 hours. After that, we charge $35 per each additional hour. We will arrive prior to your reservation to setup, which is not included in your two-hour experience.
CAN WE LEAVE WHENEVER WE WANT?
Yes! If you would like to leave earlier than planned, please provide us with a 30-minute notice. You are responsible for the picnic items until we can return and pack up.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
We don’t offer refunds but we can change your reservation time or day at no cost, if given a 72-hour notice. After that, if you decide to reschedule there will be a 50% fee to move your reservation to another date.
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT IS SUPPOSED TO RAIN?
No worries! If the forecast predicts rain the day before the event, we can easily move your picnic to an indoor location or you may reschedule to a future date within 6 months.
